Mindfulness is paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, without judgement. It allows us to become aware of our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations in our body.

During this season of uncertainty, daily mindfulness meditations will create certainty within your mind, body, soul and spirit. Benefits of mindfulness include reduced symptoms of anxiety, depression and improved focus, to name a few.
