In 2018, I had my biggest year in sales - it was also the year I crashed + burned.
Stuck in the grind of building my business, constantly overwhelmed and tired. That was me and I knew it had to change, but for years I didn't know how to get off the hamster wheel.
I did what I could to cover my business while I was gone and I left home for two weeks. I sat in the sun, breathed in the fresh air and found peace and quiet in my mind. It was then that I realized I would not last another year in real estate if I didn't incorporate tools to support a more balanced life and career. I also knew I wasn’t alone. I vowed to make a change in the industry so that agents didn’t have to suffer while building their dream. Within two months of getting back, I hosted my first wellness in real estate conference.
