
That trip changed everything. For the first time in years, I wasn’t in survival mode. I realized I couldn’t keep building a business that was breaking me—and I knew I wasn’t the only one feeling that way. What started as a personal reset has since become a mission to change how we talk about success in this industry.
I started in real estate over 13 years ago—first in marketing at Coldwell Banker, then in sales, and eventually in leadership, helping other agents grow their businesses. But like so many in this industry, I got caught in the cycle: constant hustle, no boundaries, and a body that was begging me to slow down.
At first, I didn’t even know it was burnout. I just thought I needed to push through. But the stress showed up in every area of my life, and it took years to undo the damage, and unlearn the “hustle harder” mindset.
When I finally gave myself permission to pause, everything shifted. I started creating boundaries, prioritizing rest and movement, and building systems that let me show up fully for my clients and myself. I felt better. I worked better. And I realized something important: this kind of change is possible for all of us.
Now, my mission is simple: reduce industry burnout; and increase the retention rate, along with long-term career happiness
Through wellness-focused resources, including a burnout prevention plan workbook, speaking engagements, and burnout prevention workshops, I’m helping agents redefine success on their own terms—built on sustainability, not sacrifice.
