Years ago, I was stuck in a cycle of poor sleeping habits, lack of proper nutrition and exercise and overworking myself to exhaustion. The road I traveled to build my business was rocky and when I got to solid ground, I was exhausted. The stress of building my business, then learning to maintain and scale it began to take its toll. I knew there had to be a better way and I knew I wasn’t alone in this feeling.

I found my solace in nature and a slower pace of life when I took a vacation. I felt the healing begin and I realized I needed to take a piece of this feeling back with me, incorporate it into my business - and share it with the industry. By prioritizing my peace, mindfulness and creating boundaries, I found that I was able to use my time more effectively and show up as a better version of myself for my clients and my business. My passion is to reduce industry burnout; and increase the retention rate, along with long-term career happiness.
